By entering Orbit-X Adventure Parks or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Entry & Admission

• Admission is subject to valid ticket purchase or booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for safety, misconduct, or policy violations.

2. Waivers

​

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before using attractions.

• Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Safety Rules

​

• Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

• Height, age, and weight restrictions may apply to certain attractions.

4. Assumption of Risk

​

• Participation in activities involves inherent risk.

• By entering, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. Property Damage

​

Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or misconduct.

​

6. Photography & Media

​

Orbit-X may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes. Entry constitutes consent unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Conduct

​

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Aggressive or unsafe behaviour

• Harassment of staff or guests

• Intoxication or illegal substances

8. Pricing & Changes

​

We reserve the right to change pricing, hours, or attractions without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Orbit-X is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of facilities except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
