1. General Policy

All ticket sales, bookings, and party reservations are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

2. Weather or Facility Closure

​

• If Orbit-X must close due to unforeseen circumstances (power outage, safety issue, etc.), guests may receive:

  • A rescheduled booking OR

  • A credit for future use

​

3. Party Bookings

​

• Deposits for birthday parties and group events are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 3 days notice, subject to availability.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

​

• Late arrivals do not qualify for extensions or refunds.

• No-shows will forfeit booking value.

​

5. Attraction Downtime

​

Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. No refunds will be issued for partial closures.

​

6. Merchandise & Add-ons

​

All merchandise sales are final unless defective.

​

7. Exceptions

​

Refunds may be issued at management’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
